Architectural Arts
At Architectural Arts, our primary clients include landlords, property owners, property managers, tenants, and general contractors.
We are highly efficient at compiling the drawings and documentation required for submission to the building department, and we help expedite projects through the plan review and permitting process.
We specialize in space planning, guiding clients through the logic behind the layout of their tenant improvements. We take preliminary concepts and develop them into complete construction documents, working closely with engineers who are either selected by the client or retained by our team.
Our clients receive high-quality, punctual, and dedicated service, backed by more than 50 years of experience. We serve the greater Sacramento area, working with more than a dozen building departments and four fire departments.
Our services also include due diligence participation, pre-purchase building evaluations, and expert witness services.
We also enjoy model making, from rough study models to finished scale models and trial exhibits. Nothing captures attention quite like a handcrafted physical model.
